4. What type of auto glass will be used? Was it produced by an original equipment manufacturer (OEM)?
5. What pre- and post-work inspections and procedures will be followed?
6. What type of warranty is provided?
7. Is the auto glass shop/installer mobile? What precautions will the mobile installer take in poor weather conditions?
