Is there a difference between auto glass repair and auto glass replacement?
Yes. Rightway Auto Glass repairs damage on your existing car's windshield using the Glas-Weld Chip Repair System.  This system will restore the structural integrity of your windshield and should be visually appealing.  If you are not satisfied with your repair, Rightway will credit the cost against the cost of a new car windshield.

If a Chip is too large, Rightway Auto Glass may need to replace your car's windshield. If you describe the Chip to us before we come out, very often we can tell if the chip is repairable or not. If not, we can bring out a windshield just in case the chip is not repairable.   

Does Rightway Auto Glass use DOT (Department of Transportation)-certified auto glass when doing replacements?
We use only DOT-certified auto glass for each installation. Additionally, we use the highest quality OEM glass for insurance replacements, and OEM or high quality after-market glass for individuals or businesses paying cash for their replacements.

Can Rightway Auto Glass provide auto glass installation to meet my schedule?
Yes we can. We know you are busy so we offer mobile service. We can come to your home, work, or designated place such as a shopping center.

How does my insurance company get billed?
The insurance claim process is easy with Rightway Auto Glass. We handle the entire insurance claim process for you! Once you schedule service with us, we will confirm your insurance coverage and send the claim directly to your insurance company through our state-of-the-art claims software.

What if I don't have insurance for my auto glass repair?
If you don't have full insurance on your car windshield or back glass, or if you have a deductible, we will make arrangements for you to pay the outstanding amount when you pick up your vehicle.

Are your Glass Installers certified?
All of Rightway Auto Glass Specialists are certified by the Urethane Manufacturers. In addition, most of are installers are certified by the National Glass Association (NGA).

Is there a warranty or guarantee on your services?
